Order Confirmation and Back Orders:
Upon receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your order. We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, occasionally a product may be out-of-stock. If replenishment of an out-of-stock item takes longer than two business days, we will process those items that are available and ship you the partial order. We will remove the out-of-stock items from the order, and we will inform you when the out-of-stock item becomes available. You may then place another order for the item that was out-of-stock. If we shipped you a partial order previously because an item was out-of-stock, we will not charge you another shipping fee on the re-order. We do not automatically ship out back orders for out of stock items. You will be notified of these changes to your order via email or in the package being shipped to you.
